Our firm handles a gamut of real estate transactions in all five boroughs in New York City, particularly Condominium Apartments in newly developed or converted buildings in Manhattan.  We currently represent VLB Properties, Inc., (a franchise of HomeVestors of America, Inc.) located in Nassau County that is in the business of finding and acquiring  homes under fair marketing value or under foreclosure, renovating it for re-sale.  We have prepared and drafted Purchase Asset Agreements for the sale of small businesses in NYC.

Criminal Defense:
Our firm handles criminal defense in cases large and small, in all five boroughs as well as in Federal Court.  With years of experience in both defense and prosecution, our firm is well prepared to handle all aspects of criminal defense, including negotiation, motion practice and trial advocacy.  We have successfully handled everything from homicides to DWI(driving while intoxicated) and assault cases.

Personal Injury:
Our firm handles numerous personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, i.e. trip/slip and fall accidents, work and job related accidents (Labor law 240 and 241), dog bites, slander, assault and battery, police and government misconduct, wrongful death and all general personal injury accident.

Landlord-Tenant Litigation:
Our firm has represented both landlords and tenants, commercial and residential (luxury apartments, rent controlled/ rent stabilized) landlord tenant cases, involving non-payment, holdover, nuisance, illegal sublets, non-primary residence, abatements, succession rights and breach of lease proceedings.  We have also drafted, prepared and negotiated both commercial and residential leases.
